LONDON AESTHETICA
Please read these Terms and Policies carefully before you start to use our Website and before booking any third party goods or services through our Website. We recommend that you print a copy of these for future reference.

By using our services, treatments and / or products, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Policies and that you agree to comply with them regardless of whether you choose to register with us. If you do not agree to these Terms and Policies, you must not use our service, treatments and/or products.
GIFT CARDS
Our Gift Cards are available for all treatments and products, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of use. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. London Aesthetica cannot accept liability for lost gift cards.
APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time, however, treatments will still be charged at full price.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel or change an appointment a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all treatments. If no notice has been given within a specified time 50% charge will be applied. Appointments missed without notice will be charged at full price.
DEPOSITS
We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy as stated above.
REFUND POLICY
London Aesthetica do not offer refunds for treatment received or products used. If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase of a treatment or course of treatments if no sessions have been redeemed you are entitled to a refund. If for any medical reason you are advised not to continue with your course of treatments, please obtain a medical report from your doctor. If you have used any sessions then this will be deducted from your refund value as a pay as you go cost.
COVID REFUNDS
Any refund requests will need to be notified to the clinic within the first 14 days of purchasing. Due to the pandemic London Aesthetica are not able to refund for anyone who is relocating. Refunds are only able to be issued on the basis of a medical condition with a doctor’s document provided – we do not class pregnancy as a medical condition. We will only be able to issue a refund on long term medical conditions, as all our packages do not have an expiry date so you are able to use this at any time in the future. PRE-PAID COURSES
All courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking and completed within 6/12 months depending on treatment specifications and are non-refundable. Missed appointments with no notice will result in treatments deducted from your course. Refunds are not available for packaged treatments.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILLITY
In no event will We be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential losses or damages of whatsoever kind arising out of access to, or the use of this Website or any information contained in it, including loss of profit and the like whether or not in the contemplation of the parties, whether London Aesthetica on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
DATA SECURITY
Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would, on occasion like to send you details of open evenings and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know.
