How long will Nouveau lashes take? A full application of Nouveau Lashes will take a minimum of 90 minutes to a maximum of 2 hours. Maintenance procedure will take around 30 to 45 minutes. How long do Nouveau Lashes last? The average life cycle of a single lash is 90 days. However, it is not unusual for clients to lose a lash extension if it is placed on old lashes. Average up to 4 weeks. Why do you need to have maintenance? Some Nouveau Lashes will begin to fall out in the first few weeks if they are placed on an old lash. Maintenance will make your Nouveau Lashes last and keep looking fabulous. We recommend that you have maintenance every 2-3 weeks if you want to maintain your Nouveau Lash extensions. ​ Do I need to prepare my natural lashes in any way before my eyelash extensions? All of our clients arrive for their appointment make up free especially on the lashes, they must be extremely clean. Oil based products and mascara will create a barrier between the adhesive and your natural lashes, which may cause your extensions to drop off prematurely. Will it damage my own natural lashes? Properly applied eyelash extensions by an experienced qualified lash stylist should not damage your natural lashes. Lash extensions should they need removing would need to be carried out by a qualified lash stylist with professional gel remover, and when removed your lashes should remain intact and in its normal condition. Clients should not experience any pain to their eye lids or experience premature shedding of their natural lashes. Can I apply mascara onto my eyelash extensions? Nouveau mascara especially designed for lash extension lashes. Although it is not always necessary to wear mascara daily as your eye lash extensions would enhance your lashes and eyes which creates the illusion of wearing mascara. We also provide specific eye & mascara Nouveau make up remover. DO NOT USE WATER PROOF MASCARA OR OIL BASED MASCARA. Oil based products can dissolve the bonding agent used on the extensions which will affect the longevity of the lashes. How do I care for my beautiful new lash extensions? To keep your lashes looking fabulous for as long as possible avoid contact with hot water and steam for 48 hours after your procedure to allow the glue bond to cure. Coat your lashes with your Nouveau client sealer which keeps the bond as strong as possible and brush gently through the lashes to stop them from crossing over. Avoid using oil based products around your eyes.

How long does the procedure last? Roughly 12-18 months, however a touch up appointment is recommended every 12 months. How long does the treatment take? Treatment takes up to two hour which involves drawing the perfect shape , numbing the brows and the choosing the perfect colour. Does it hurt? Numbing cream is applied to the treated area 30 mins before the start of the procedure. Everyone’s pain threshold differs, so some might feel a bit of discomfort some fall asleep throughout the treatment. Will I experience pain after the treatment? It can feel a little bit sore straight after treatment but soon to calm down as you walk out the clinic. Am I able to have Microblading during pregnancy or breastfeeding? Not recommended. How long will it take to heal? It takes up to 7 days to heal, but aftercare will be provided after the treatment. Am I able to go to work on the same day? Yes, you can go to work on the same day or be in a public place. What physical activities shall I avoid after treatment? The treated area must be kept dry for 7 days. Do not recommend any form of physical activities. Is the second appointment necessary? Yes, as it’s the most important appointment in order to see the end results. How many treatments will I need? During your initial complimentary consultation, one of our skilled therapists will assess your skin and hair type and discuss the ideal treatment programme for you. Normally, 6-8 treatments are necessary. Will the hair fall out straight away? The laser kills hair at the root level, but it does not always fall out right away, in fact, treated hair can be slow to expel. You can usually encourage this with gentle exfoliation. The hair will shed naturally in 2 - 3 weeks post treatment. Which skin types are suitable? The Soprano ICE is the only FDA approved laser on the market that can be used on ALL skin types, including tanned skin. How do I prepare my skin for the treatment? The area to be treated must be shaved prior to coming to the Clinic and between 12–24 hours before the treatment. The skin must be clean from creams, perfume and false tanning products. Avoid tanning or prolonged UV exposure on the area to be treated for at least 1 month prior to treatment (includes sunbeds).

What is teeth whitening? Teeth whitening can be a very effective way of lightening the natural colour of your teeth without removing any of the tooth surface. It cannot make a complete colour change, but it can lighten the existing shade. Who Cannot have teeth whitening? Anyone who is currently suffering from gum disease. It is essential that if you have any signs of gum disease you should be seen by your dentist. How long does the appointment take? Appointments only take 1 hour. That’s right, it only takes 1 hour for amazing white teeth! I don’t want my white teeth to go too white, very natural, can this be achieved? During the appointment, we monitor your teeth and will ensure they do not go lighter than the agreed shade in your consultation. Can you have treatment on your veneers, caps, crowns and fillings? The teeth whitening procedure will not whiten crowns, caps, fillings or veneers. However, they shall be restored to their original colour and will not cause any damage. How long will the results last? For most people, the results are long lasting. Exposure to coffee, tea, tobacco, red wine and other stain producing substances will eventually darken teeth.
